IP Indemnification
Beyond ownership, we provide indemnification protecting you against third-party IP infringement claims arising from AI-generated outputs when used according to our terms. This protection reflects our confidence in how our platform generates content.
Your Data Stays Yours
Customer-provided inputs remain fully owned by you. This includes:
- Uploaded documents and records

We process this information solely to deliver contracted services. We don’t claim rights to it. We don’t use it for other purposes.
Embedded Technology License
Any Index Bio technology embedded within outputs receives a perpetual, royalty-free license grant. No hidden dependencies. No ongoing fees beyond your subscription. If an AI-generated report includes our formatting or analytical framework, you have a permanent right to use it.
